We are currently seeking a Software Trainer to join our Customer Success team reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Service. You are an energetic, passionate software professional who has fallen in love with teaching instructor-led courses on an enterprise SaaS platform, spanning from end-user application training to highly technical application configuration courses. You are always told that you are a people person with exceptional communication skills, and you enjoy interacting with people at all levels in an organization. You have years of experience working with enterprise-level software applications and find learning new, complex software programs a satisfying challenge that comes easy.
When you teach, you understand the value of following a standard training curriculum and use your exceptional personality to make it fun and engaging. You are meticulous, ensuring all classroom logistics are properly coordinated and handled for all venues. You are extremely organized and motivated, shining with a positive, infectious attitude. You are excited when the "light bulb" comes on for students and they gain useful knowledge – not just where to click, but why they are doing it and what impact it will have on their job going forward. You are confident and engaging to share what you know and humble and excited to learn what you don't.
You work effectively in a remote team structure. You leverage tools proactively to track tasks, activities, and statuses. You enjoy setting and achieving goals within specified deadlines.
