Marketing Intern

Duties/Responsibilities:
Product Marketing:
Works with Product Marketing project managers to achieve short and long term goals including.

Voice of Customer
Assist in preparation and analysis of VoC surveys for field follow units.
Sales Tools Development
Assist in development of Product Presentations and Competitive comparison presentations for dealer sales people.
Assist in management and upkeep of MCFA Mobile App Sales tools
Assist in Dealer Portal content review and updates
Competitive Analysis
Participant in competitive product testing and analysis
Research competitive websites and develop spec sheet product comparisons in Excel
Assist Product Marketing Specialists with development of competitive comparison support tools for dealer sales people.
CRM ticket Sales Support
Assist sales teams (US and Latin America) with simple calls requiring the information be chased down in the organization

Marketing Communications:
The intern will support both traditional and digital marketing programs, including social media, email and digital marketing, in addition to a range of campaign and new product launch support projects.

New Product Introduction support
Creation of web and social media content
Assist with posting content to mcfa.com and social media channels through Sprout Social and Sitecore content management system
Assist photography process from beginning to end (coordination of photo shoot logistics, uploading of final images to asset management tool)
Content Development & Social Media
Creation of unique and creative social media messaging and assist in online presence management for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter.
Support customer testimonial logistics, including coordination details, web content and final video release on YouTube
Assist with writing and editing a range of blog posts for MCFA.com
Email Marketing
Write/edit articles for bi-monthly dealer newsletters
Support email creation and distribution
Create and distribute “special announcements” to support new product launches
Media Production
Create content outlines for high-volume product videos
Assist with brand and product story development, including scriptwriting
Support coordination of logistics for filming and photoshoots
Research and compile video analytics to support video marketing strategy

Qualifications:
Required:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Self-motivated and energetic personality
Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and with others
Strong Microsoft Office skills, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

Desired:
Knowledge of Associated Press (AP) style and editing
Experience in writing content
Experience in market analysis
Experience in videography
Multilingual – Spanish

Anticipated Work Schedule and Other Job Specifications
No. of Hours per Week: up to a Max of 30hrs
