RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Demonstrated abilityto delegate and follow through on daily workload activity, leading a group of4-5 material handlers.

·Able to pull andprepare items for outsourcing shipments.

·Perform physicalreceipt and able to identify and perform quality checks of all productsentering the warehouse.

· Able to accuratelyperform cycle counts and maintain productivity and quality measures.

·Must be willing andable to cross train in multi-client warehouse operation.

·Able to accuratelyrecord, maintain and update information into our warehouse management system.

·Able to use warehouseequipment which includes but is not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks, handtrucks, etc.

·Secures high valuefreight and ensures the safety/security of the warehouse area.

·Ensures shipments andoverall department’s activities are compliant with OSHA regulations.

·Must be willing towork overtime and weekends as requested.

·Monitors loading andunloading of materials in the warehouse

·Monitors and measureswarehouse performance accuracy, receiving reporting, movement, and storage ofmaterial, and transfers of inventory.

·Maintains properequipment and racking to ensure the safe transport and storage of materials.

·Ensures staff safelyoperates material handling equipment, has appropriate training, follows safetyprocedures and maintains proper housekeeping.

·Responsible for theday to day warehouse associates; coordinates workflow, motivates team, monitorsand evaluates performance.

·Cross trains employeeson most duties for smooth operations during absences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·High school or generaleducation degree (GED).

·Prior experience inmanufacturing/industrial environment preferred.

·Prior forkliftexperience preferred.
