Honeywell Intelligrated is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Mason, OH location.
The Talent Acquisition will primarily be responsible for:
Executing recruiting activities (job description validation, understand market in geographic location, sourcing and screening, etc.).
Attend job launch call with TA Business Partner, reviews job description, and sources qualified talent based on the information from the job launch call.
Identify and manage recruitment channels, develop strong pipeline of talent and expand networks to attract passive candidates.
Conduct searches for qualified candidates according to job criteria by using recruiting resources, social media, recruiting firms, internet searches, job boards and other suitable methods.
Manage open positions, conducting candidate searches, managing applicant profiles, screening candidates, and recommend qualified candidates to the TABP
Understand competencies needed to assess candidate’s skills and knowledge of the position.
Knowledge of the industry and business.
Act with sense of urgency and headhunter mindset.
Recruiters are expected to achieve a minimum number of weekly submittals and monthly hires, while achieving candidate quality targets.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience or Associate's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Strong understanding of recruiting policies, procedures and processes
Ability to effectively use recruiting tools to source talent
Effective Communication and organizational skills
Working knowledge of search string logic and online sourcing tools
Strong understanding of proactive sourcing, screening and evaluating talent
Strong ability to perform in a fast paced, high volume environment
Ability to implement social media strategies
Ability to partner with and influence multiple stakeholders
Some Human Resources experience
Experience recruiting in a corporate environment
Ability to source passive candidates
Creativity in developing sourcing strategies
Experience in end to end recruiting cycle
Effective communication and collaboration skills
