Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills - Bilingual is always a plus, but not necessary
  • Ability to make outbound phone calls, and update customer files simultaneously
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a competitive team environment
  • Patience with the learning process, and building a book of business
  • Confident delivering information to customers as assigned by management
  • Ability to retain product information, and stay up-to-date with factory updates as needed
  • Outgoing, friendly, personable, professional, confident, energetic, hungry, and competitive should all be words that describe YOU

Sales Representatives Requirements

  • Will be subject to pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record with the DMV
  • Must have a business professional appearance and demeanor to meet basic company requirements when dealing with the dealership's clientele and vendors
  • Average to above-average computer skills operating Microsoft Office
  • Can quickly learn internet based computer applications used for CRM, training, etc
  • Will have a reliable means of getting to/from work, and will be on time for scheduled shifts
  • Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as scheduled
  • Works with the understanding that on occasion a customer, or the customer's financing lender, may need further attention from the Sales Representative to finalize the transaction and meet lender deadlines (paid & very occasional on a scheduled day off, after hours, etc)
