Unifyy.com is a SaaS (Software as a service) product that helps businesses better manage their sales process through telecommunications automation. Our clients, which are business owners, love us because Unifyy regulates the efficiency and diligence of their sales people which results in an immediate boost in revenue.
Unifyy is growing and we are seeking someone to speak to prospective users and maintain existing ones.
The job role is a mix of the following: A little bit of sales, a little bit of customer service, a little bit of tech support, a little bit of training, and a little bit of software development management.
- You enjoy speaking with great customers and helping them make money while having a great experience.
- Very well organized and can make use of productivity tools like Asana, Trello, Google Sheets, etc.
- You can write well and you know when it’s appropriate to use email and when it’s not.
- Either have a college degree or some equivalent knowledge or background in lieu of a degree.
- We are healthily self-funded, no investors or seed capital nonsense.
- A small team with some huge contracts and we need to grow our team to handle these contracts.
- Highly skilled team of developers, business consultants, and marketers.
You will get paid a salary that we negotiate together with a goal of being between $80,000 and $90,000 annually PLUS a revenue share percentage yet to be determined which is considered as “bonus”.
