Pacific Bells, LLC., a large franchisee of Taco Bell, is seeking Restaurant General Managers to lead our team! This manager provides overall leadership and direct supervision of a restaurant. Restaurant General Managers are the key operators in our organization, providing overall leadership and direct supervision for operations. We are seeking highly motivated leaders that can successfully operate our restaurant and serve great food to people of the world!

Requirements (includes, but not limited to)

  • 1-2 years management experience in QSRs, Fast Casual, Full Service, or Retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility.
  • Possess current Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
  • Able and willing to work 45+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Effective communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic business math and accounting skills and strong decision-making skills
  • Basic computer literacy skills
