CACI is currently looking for an Administrator with agile methodology experience to join our BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge Information Technology) Agile Solution Factory (ASF) Team supporting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) client located in Northern Virginia! As a member of the BEAGLE ASF Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the nations safety, security, and prosperity. CBP agents and officers are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.

As an Administrator working on the BEAGLE program, you will provide a broad range of support to achieve operational objectives as part of a team for a portfolio of programs that include multiple contracts. An administrator should be able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities frequently change, and multi-tasking is necessary. An administrator will need to leverage expertise in MS Office to assist the program in tracking metrics and producing contractual deliverables. Also, and administrator will work with SharePoint tools and processes. Furthermore, administrators will field general APMO related questions from the team and conduct follow up research for answers as required. These tasks will support long-and short-term planning activities and ensure product quality and timeliness of efforts. What you’ll get to do:
Serves as an Administrator who will be responsible for:
Work independently on moderately complex assignments and set objectives for your functional area to meet program objectives and assignments
Recommend process enhancements to solve problems or yield improvements
Apply your abilities to resolve common problems by drawing from prior experiences and a general understanding of the various job areas
Interface with individuals across the program, spanning all disciplines and different levels from senior managers to junior level staff. The position will also require interaction with government stakeholders
Assist staff with travel and logistics for trips in support of program related travel and verify travel for compliance with corporate policies, Federal guidelines and contract requirements
Own and manage specific APMO processes, such as acquisition and maintenance of Common Access Cards (CACs) and limited shipping and receiving of light freight and regular packages
Ensure that all assigned work activities are performed in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of performance
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria will include:
3-year check for felony convictions
1-year check for illegal drug use
1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
Professional Experience: at least three (3) year related experience; particularly working on government contracts
You are good at:
Proficient with MS Excel; SharePoint
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic; self-starter
Bonus would be having:
Understanding of CACI corporate Travel processes
Experience with shipping and receiving
