Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Job Duties

  • Office work flow management

-Accurate typing letters

-Accounts receivables and collections

-Primary to answer phones

-Scheduling appointments. Maintain optimal appointment scheduling


-Office inventory: monitor, receive, stock

-Resale inventory: Receive


-Process dailies, prepare deposits

-Sales/use taxes: prepare EOM forms

-Prepare EOM book work, arrange for pick-up

-Record paid receipts into ledger, balance check book

-Weekly work reports

-Meet job deadlines

  • Sales

-Sales campaigns: Assist in organizing campaigns-repeats -home show

-proposal -telemarketing

-call backs

-Learn and follow phone scripts

-Point of contact sales: call-ins, walk-ins

  • Computer

-Data input, retrieval

-Word processing

-Development of charts and forms


  • Technical

-Understand and relate basic technical information concerning all our services and products to clients

  • Customer relations

-Reminder calls for next day appointments

-Maintain neat appearance and courteous manner at all times

  • Team work

-Contribute ideas-to streamline office functions

-to enhance service to our clients

-to enhance the marketing of our services

-Maintain courteous manner at all times

-Assist other employees as needed

  • Training

-Complete the ‘Service on the Homefront Training.’

-Attain work performance goals

-Work toward attaining skills that would enhance the job position (see other side)

-Keep work space and office equipment clean and in good working order

-Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour


  • Office Management: 2 years (Preferred)


  • Driver's License (Preferred)
