Job Description:
GDIT has an opportunity for a dynamic and collaborative Business Process Analyst to join our team. This Analyst will be a member of the Program Management Office (PMO) supoorting the entire 320-person Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (the AO) program. This GDIT program offers career advancement opportunities to the high performing Analyst.

The ideal candidate will analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.

Represent the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments.

Coordinate with business and technology teams ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of users acceptance and may coordinate testing, and system techniques and controls.

Possess knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflow.

Must be able to obtain and maintain an agency-specific Public Trust access.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's emphasizing business analysis, information technology, or combination + 0 yrs experience

Desired Competencies

Identify opportunities and help develop business case to streamline and accelerate process accomplishment
Generate graphical reports using Microsoft tools including Excel, Access, Powerpoint, and other workflow management tools such as JIRA and Trello
Provide process support to client-hosted organization comprised of 6+ contracts supported by over 320 personnel from approximately 12 companies. Track all, coordinate most, and execute some steps in the recruiting process. Provide staff coordination for processes such as time keeping, travel, and facilities
