About the role:
We are seeking a proactive, self-starting Strategic Account Manager to provide strategic and tactical support with multiple entrepreneurial teams and executive leadership across our enterprise client partners. This person will be a core member of our Partners team and will be instrumental in managing projects across various partner accounts, developing senior level communications by attending and participating in key client meetings, and providing synthesized and clear updates to all internal business partners.

Be an expert in the content and product methodology of Bionic's Growth OS
Be a thought partner with the client VP in shaping the growth strategy for the partner
Support VPs on the execution and operations of the partner account plan, including scheduling, document sharing/creation, and managing relationships
Develop and manage a holistic calendar of all partner engagements, and set up overall product roadmap and milestones
Own onboarding activities with client partner teams, installing key components, metrics, methods, and capabilities, shaping new product offerings, and driving new initiatives forward
Engage in and lead recurring internal and client meetings, and synthesize action steps/learnings as required
Actively contribute in bringing new conceptual ideas and frameworks to life
Track partner needs to proactively determine additional support and make recommendations to drive client satisfaction and measurable outcomes
Create and organize senior management communications and board materials, including: powerpoint decks, assets, etc. in partnership with internal design resources
Works cross-functionally with other internal teams such as Bionic Labs or Entrepreneurs as required
Partner with product leads at Bionic to help ensure consistency and delivery of productized assets, and shape new service offerings.
Travel as necessary (20-25%) (post-pandemic)
Bachelor's Degree required
At least 3+ years of client service, account management, change management, or business analysis experience
Previous experience managing multiple complex projects and leading clients in a consulting, agency, or startup environment a plus
A strong learning curve, with the ability to understand and believe in our product to solve our client partner's needs
Battle-tested time management and project management skills; can multitask and prioritize running multiple project plans under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy and organization
High degree of problem-solving and decision-making skills; critical thinker
Calm under pressure; able to maintain composure when faced with difficult situations/personalities
Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to digest and reiterate complex concepts in a simplified manner
Strong interpersonal skills and high EQ; able to build deep, trusted relationships with all levels of client stakeholders
Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to wear many hats and a strong desire to build a something great
