We are seeking a professional individual with compassion, respect, and commitment to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Our Customer Service Representatives provide professional support for our in-home caregivers, clients, and our clients families in person, over the phone, and over email.
Responsibilities:
Answers incoming calls at our main office in a welcoming professional and knowledgeable manner. Directing calls to appropriate staff members.
Document communication interactions with clients and staff to keep the central office team well-informed.
Greets all walk-in visitors and responds to any inquiries
Assist existing and new caregivers with scheduling and time and attendance
Serve as a trusted resource for clients and their families
Assist with Korean language translations
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual Korean / English is a requirement for this role
High school diploma or equivalent
Caring, passionate, and patient personality
Reliable, strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in stressful situations while maintaining a professional demeanor
Intermediate computer skills
