Primary Requirements Include:
- At least 2 years exp. in multifamily property management
- Developed supervisory and leadership skills
- Experienced in rent collection, G/L postings, daily deposits, SODAS
- MRI knowledge highly preferred
- Solid exp. with MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Strong attention to detail
