The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales personnel, setting sales targets, and ensuring the
success of the total departmental/regional objectives. This individual will train and manage the professional
development of an inside sales team, which consists of individuals who conduct sales via phones or the internet. They
provide advice in planning, organizing, directing and controlling the execution of all departmental/regional functions,
track sales, produce sales reports and complete monthly forecasting. The Inside Sales Manager will also conduct
analysis to assist in determining prospective customers and develop relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting the sales plan for their assigned area.
- Primary focus on conversion targeting and ensuring a functional and trackable process leveraging SFDC.
- Maintain and lead inside sales Rep team concentrating on individual sales productivity along with
meeting quotas, objectives, and goals.
- Drive an opportunity pipeline daily, set close rate targets, and hold the team accountable to achieving
the desired metrics.
- Responsible for coordination and training of all inside sales representatives, including system
competencies, product competencies, development of upselling, cross selling, and customer
management.
- Responsible for tethering the ISRs to their regional RSM and coordinating a weekly cadence with all
relative associates within the sales/customer service process.
- Gather data, evaluate information, and present feedback to Inside Sales Reps for increasing
performance, overall productivity, and skill sets.
- Coach and mentor, all team members on a weekly basis by engaging in customer ride on the phone to
ensure constant development of Inside Sales Reps
- Drive consistent process across your team while ensuring to follow Standard Work Processes
- Ensure collaboration between ISR’s and purchasing team to ensure JIRA creations and proper
customer pricing updates are executed within the required SOP.
Education, Experience, and Skills (Required or preferred minimum levels to function in role)

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's
Specialized Degree: Business Administration or related
Years of Experience: 5+
Other Preferred Skills, Licenses, & Certificates: · Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite · Experience with SAP, Celonis, BI, and Advanced Analysis reporting · Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities along with outstanding interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills required
