Truckstop.com is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst in our Phoenix, Arizona location.

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting continued operations of Sales, but also in alignment with other departments. He/she will enable and support continuous improvement of Salesforce and Zuora for assisted and self-service sales transactions. This position will document Assisted Sales processes that may change due to business requirements and support the annual budget and planning processes for Sales including sales commission plans.

Responsibilities:
Update, maintain and analyze sales compliance reporting.
Communicate fixes to sales compliance findings.
Respond to Sales Cloud related requests from Salesforce users for report, query and process needs.
Respond to user issues and system errors. Analyze and replicate errors to find a resolution and correct the error.
Update, maintain and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales related reports in Salesforce.com
Proactively analyze and send Key Performance Indicators to sales managers to help them take action and design initiatives for the territory/team
Work closely with sales management, business analysts, and SFDC administrators in the design and development of reports and dashboards
Assist in maintaining complex sales bookings and sales commissions models
Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills:
1+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com power user or administrator
Proven experience is a sales support role
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams to provide solution suggestions and constructive feedback
Keen attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities from operational and technical perspective
Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and engage manager as needed

Education/Credentials:
Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline
