Job Title: Senior Director, Tax – Income Tax Accounting
We are looking for a highly-driven Senior Director of Income Tax Accounting. Reporting to the Vice President of Tax, the Senior Director will work collaboratively as a leader to manage the preparation of the Company’s US GAAP income tax provision. This role is a highly visible one that will have direct contact with the Company’s senior management.
The Senior Director will establish direction, goals and priorities in coordination with the Tax Department and align with the broader goals of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ownership of the Company’s global tax provision and related disclosures
Analyze and review all aspects of the tax provision for the quarterly and annual reporting periods. This includes determining the annual forecasted effective tax rate, reconciling current and deferred tax accounts, documenting FIN48 positions, calculating return to provision differences, tax accounting for business acquisitions and other non-recurring transactions, and preparing quarterly and year-end tax provision entries and GAAP reporting requirements for SEC disclosures.
Assist financial planning team with forecasting.
Manage and direct compliance efforts for SOX 404 for all tax accounting controls and documentation requirements.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency of global tax accounting process.
Assist with the analysis, documentation and implementation of certain special projects.
Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years of tax experience in public accounting and/or with a corporate tax department.
Significant ASC 740 experience.
Software Industry experience preferred.
Expert knowledge of US GAAP accounting including an understanding on all pronouncements related to the reporting of income taxes.
