Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and talented Videographer/Video Editor to join our dynamic Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging video content that showcases our products, services, company culture and more! You will work closely with various internal departments to create compelling visuals that resonate with our audience.
Job Type:
· Full-time
· 8-5pm CST
· Monday – Friday
Work Location:
· On-site
· Local travel to project sites required
Responsibilities:
· Develop and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including our social media, company website, and presentations
· Create a variety of video content including product demo’s, project summaries, advertising content, interviews and more
· Edit and enhance video footage to ensure a polished and professional final product that escalates our brand
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines promptly
· Organization and maintenance of company media equipment (cameras, mics, tripods, etc.)
· Must stay up to date with the latest video technology and trends
· Collaborate and communicate with various Metro brands and departments to fulfill key projects
· Assist in other department-related tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in media production or related field preferred
· Minimum 1-3 years of professional related experience
· Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, with an understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator
· Must possess the ability to move a project from start to finish (storyboarding, script writing, scheduling, staging, production, post and final product)
· Must possess experience and sound knowledge of various audio/visual equipment, connections and operation (Video cameras [Blackmagic/Canon], audio recorders, wireless microphones, various tripods and attachment accessories)
· Must be detailed and deadline oriented, organized, prompt, and possess good verbal and written communication skills
· Must be able to work independently and effectively
· Experience with green screen production preferred
· Possess creativity with the ability to be adaptive on the fly
· Drone / UAV experience a plus
· The Videographer is regularly tasked to walk and stand both inside and outside and lift media equipment

Salary Range:
· $40,000 - 50,000 BOE.
