The Campus Recruiting Coordinator will work with the University Relations Lead for the upcoming fall 2018 Campus Recruiting season. This position will assist in the entire full-cycle recruiting process in order to attract and recruit both technical and non-technical students. Positions to be filled include various full-time, intern and co-op roles across the company and country. Students recruited include undergraduates, MBA, MS and PhDs in engineering and other disciplines.
The Campus Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for:
Acting as a Campus Ambassador and primary point of contact for career services, student and diversity organizations, faculty, candidates, and other appropriate groups at target universities
Promoting the company as an employer of choice at select local and regional universities
Building relationships with career centers, professors and student clubs/organizations
Source and build candidate/student pipelines for technical and non-technical roles
Managing the candidate/student experience, including OCIs, feedback and selection process, offer process, processing of relocation and immigration initiations
Handling other recruitment duties, as needed
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
2+ years of Campus Recruiting experience and familiarity with internship and co-op programs
Ability to independently multi-task
Experience with tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
Working knowledge of Success Factors or another ATS and Microsoft Office programs
Strong attention to detail with superior organization, problem solving and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
At least 1 year of experience recruiting Engineering students, ideally electrical engineers
Exposure to technology, semiconductor or electrical hardware industries
Experience recruiting graduate level students (MBA, MS, PhD)
Experience with Yello or another campus recruiting software
Experience with international students and the CPT/OPT sponsorship process
