RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop coordinated, enterprise-wide social media strategy
  • Promote an organization’s use of social media, both externally and internally
  • Collaborate with centralized content operations staff to enable decentralized social execution
  • Develop, socialize and enforce corporate social media governance and policies
  • Build a comprehensive training curriculum to enable a variety of functions to best leverage social media
  • Collect and disseminate social media best practices
  • Oversee social media measurement, including the design and operation of relevant dashboards and reports
  • Manage the selection and implementation of specific social media technologies
  • Oversee the selection of social media agencies, and manage these critical relationships
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition to improve the positioning of our internal brand
  • Success Metrics:
  • Social media impact (network growth, share of voice, sentiment, influence)
  • Growth of internal social media use
  • Impact of social on customer lifetime value and advocacy
  • Deal velocity
  • Level of internal utilization of social media

Percentage of employees trained/certified on social media policies, procedures and best practices

MINIMUM JOB Qualifications

Education / Training:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Master’s Degree Preferred

Business Experience:

  • Five to seven to years of social media strategy and implementation experience
  • Preference given to those with social media experience working in a B2B environment
  • Development of an online community strategy required
  • Content development and workflow management strongly desired
  • Previous development and deployment of social media-related training/certification courses
  • Previous development of measurement strategy for key social medial performance indicators
  • Has built and delivered social media reports/ dashboards
