We have immediate need for a full time, direct hire, Telecom Solution Architect. Opportunity based on the East Coast; open to remote work with travel or relocation.

Minimum Requirements:
12-15 yrs related hands-on experience in large scale design for OSS and BSS service based applications in a Java/J2EE, Oracle, SOA environment
1-2 years hands-on experience in developing Microservices in a container, orchestration, CI/CD based environment.
Highly skillful in OSS system architecture, designs, specifications for service provisioning, design, and configuration.
Experience with multiple Network technologies (TDM, IP, MPLS, Ethernet, Wireless)
Experienced in Telecom/Wireless Billing System and integrations associated with them.
Expertise in analyzing Business requirements, lead JAD sessions, develop design and development specifications, and Use Cases contributing to overall quality delivery.
Experienced in contributing to and working on strategic projects, enterprise frameworks and comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
Ability to quickly engage in projects, work in fast-paced environment and have ability to multi-task.
Experience in both Waterfall/Agile development methodologies.

Provide technical leadership and solution architecture in telecom domain around BSS/OSS (Business/Service/Network Management) and integration to external services.
Engage in the design and development of BSS/OSS interface architecture using SOA, Microservices and legacy patterns.
Collaborate with Engineering teams, IT organizations and vendors to define strategy to deliver overall solution according to the specifications.
Analyze system elements, (software, monitoring, reporting functions and capabilities, integration architecture, and processes) with recommendations for appropriate changes according to pre-identified requirements.
Translate technical requirements into system, application, and process designs identifying functional requirements and lead the identification, justification and design of the OSS interface solution
