We currently have BDC Agent positions & are looking to hire as soon as possible! We have a unique customer base of all ages! This dealership maintains a great customer base because our level of honesty and customer service! Great work environment. There will be assisted training & continued training as needed.
This opportunity is presented for Internet BDC , and we will train those who do not have auto experience. Retail experience is very useful and strongly recommended! Absolutely must have excellent communication skills. Must be competitive, energetic, committed, and possess a desire to succeed. Paid based upon performance!
As a BDC Agent, you’ll be responsible for managing all your sales activities generated from our sales division. From generating and managing sales leads to closing sales, you’ll be instrumental in helping this division increase overall dealership sales. You will also create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers. You will conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone and in person appointments.
