Pampered Paws Animal Hospital in Oxford, Mississippi is hiring a clinically focused Managing Veterinarian to join their practice. As the MDVM you will have the opportunity to grow the reach of the hospital, practice high quality general practice medicine, surgeries and see more complex cases and lead a strong and dedicated team. Additionally, you will create own schedule, enjoy paid CE credits, and a generous employee pet care discount.
The Hospital
Pampered Paws Animal Hospital is a compassionate and progressive small animal practice committed to the highest quality of medicine.
Exceptional clientele makes Pampered Paws an extraordinary place to practice. Our practice is comprised of three buildings, totaling roughly 8,000 square feet: the hospital, pet resort & spa, and cottage with an acre dog park for our patients to enjoy.
Located in Oxford, Mississippi the hospital is a modern and well-quipped facility. The hospital is situated in a picturesque area of town set back from the main road, next to a golf community.
The team is warm and collaborative, comprised of an experienced ER doctor, a hiring manager and large support staff with a history of longevity at the practice. They are very passionate about the care and well-being of animals. Pampered Paws is passionate about educations. They aim to help educate clients and the community and have a particular interest for our puppy and kitten program. They have found that helping new pet parents start on the right paw, can make for a wonderful and healthy human animal bond.
Driven to serve – Pampered Paws offers Digital Xray, New Idexx bloodwork machines, Class IV Therapeutic Laser & Ultrasound. The team enjoys seeing animals through all walks of life; from their first puppy or kitten visit, to doggy daycare, all the way to their seasoned years.
The practice aims to provide consistent, gentle, and thorough veterinary care to each patient while minimizing stress and maintaining a comfortable healing environment where every patient feels safe, nurtured, and loved by their Pampered Paws family.
With the technologies at the hospital the team is able to provide the highest quality, affordable, and most up-to-date medical, dental, and surgical care for each patient, and to do so with integrity and compassion.
