Swim Associate Team Member- Full Time and Part Time Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania
Start Date 4/10/2023
No Previous Swim Experience Needed – we offer Paid Training

Here at Big Blue Swim School, we care about creating big moments. Our teachers work with an awesome team while making a difference in the lives of children. We provide training in a welcoming environment to ensure our teachers can give great lessons for all students!

With continuous training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team, we create an environment that is inclusive and fun. We are looking to grow our team with teachers who are eager to learn and have a passion for helping children achieve their full potential!

We offer Swim Associates:

Competitive Pay: Our new employees earn $17.00 per hour
Consistent Schedules: We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities with

consistent schedules so employees can plan and balance their time away from work.

Great Benefits: Full time teacher positions are available with comprehensive health insurance, paid time off and retirement planning. We also offer free lessons for eligible family members.

Swim Associate Requirements:

Previous swimming experience not required Loves teaching kids and helping them grow Enjoys having fun!
Must pass a background check

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time Ability to work in the water for 15-25 hours per week
Must be willing to work weeknights and at least one weekend day
