We are currently hiring a passionate SLP or CF to join our team of professionals. Our unique, interdisciplinary team of Speech, Occupational, and ABA therapists collaborate well together, benefit from cross-disciplinary skills and ideas, and continually put the needs of the children first! Additionally, your manageable caseload will allow for the time necessary to ensure the highest quality of care, while evaluating and treating children. You will also have the time to effectively communicate with parents. Additionally, at RRCTC, our smaller, more personalized setting will allow your contributions to be recognized by a leader who is on-site, but who also gives you the space to do your job without micromanagement. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and licensure in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders
- A willingness to see each child we serve as a unique individual
- Articulate, professional demeanor with parents/caregivers
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- CPR certification and background check required upon hire
