Accounts Receivable Clerk

Full-time$15 - $18 an hour

Are you an outgoing, self-motivated, driven individual who has the ability to pay close attention to detail and has experience with accounts receivable? If so, we have a position for you! We are conducting a search for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the team of one of Tampa Bay’s premier employers. This is a temp-to-perm assignment, working 40 hours a week with overtime potential! Reference and background check will be required.

Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Duties:

  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Process accounts receivable
  • Post incoming payments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage accounts receivable cash receipt reports
  • Prepare account reconciliations
  • Special projects, and more

Accounts Receivable Clerk Skills/Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Team player, willing to learn new tasks
  • Solid critical thinking and analysis and attention to detail
  • Superb communications skills required
