Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and light snacks to our customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a range of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to make drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and provide exceptional customer service
- Upsell products and promote special items to customers
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
