Your responsibilities

  • Data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing

  • Offer, as needed, support to front desk and receptionist duties
  • Interface with customers in a friendly manner
  • Place and receive telephone calls
  • Provide support to other employees with diverse projects as necessary
  • Experience handling office equipment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Scanning experience
  • Knowledge of reorganization
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of Office Clerk experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
  • Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
  • Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
