Riverside Research is seeking a full time Program Integrator supporting USAF ISR special programs.

Availability to travel to client site.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provides management, engineering, and logistics support services to US Air Force program managers and project engineers during the design, integration, testing, maintenance, logistics support, and field service support on multiple special purpose aircraft types and configurations at both CONUS and OCONUS locations supporting US DOD/DOS agencies; aircraft, systems, and associated mission elements may range from being unclassified to TS//SCI
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates developmental and sustainment issues related to C2/information technology systems with specific emphasis on radar, EO-IR, aircraft self-protection, weapons development, and other highly specialized classified systems
  • Validates milestone based system performance verification testing against stated system Key Performance Parameters (KPP) and threshold and objective parameters
  • Evaluates contractor’s performance on special access aircraft providing management and guidance as directed by PM on all aspects of effort from inception to aircraft delivery
  • Monitors contract cost, schedule, and performance milestones during contract life
  • Develops and presents briefings, reports, decision papers, and acquisition program documentation to senior customer and government personnel
  • Oversees engineering activities to include design, production, integration, test, and sustainment for a myriad of highly classified special projects
  • Verifies Contractor Data Requirements Lists adhere to contract requirements and reports anomalies to PM
  • Provides strategic role in the development and execution of modification efforts ensuring system requirements match specific platform needs. Leverages the latest in technological developments. Monitors technology, analyzes proposals, and evaluates concepts to determine technical feasibility and military applicability of aircraft support equipment and aircraft maintenance support plans
  • Reviews preliminary and advance design studies supporting the preparation of engineering proposals and the establishment of systems architecture and design
  • Coordinates flight testing for special-access/special-purpose aircraft
  • Transforms user mission requirements into technical specifications to be used in the development of contractor statements of work
  • Upon request of PM, conduct analytical review of platform specific statement of works for aircraft modifications and depot maintenance activities
  • Provides support during technical evaluation of contractor work proposals to both Air Force and government contracting officers
  • Manages emergency orders/quick reaction contracts to remedy time critical issues as they arise from urgent user requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • A current Top Secret/SCI clearance is required
  • At least 15 years’ experience in military flight operations, logistics and/or acquisition
  • A proven record in complex problem solving, effective communication, decision-making, financial management, program and production management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
