Brief Description:
Provide assistance to Senior Manager, Coordinating Center, Directors or Program Managers, with program implementation, program management, and improvement by analyzing past programs and applying experience to future programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in call center related services
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Computer skills with specific aptitude in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of customer service processes preferred
  • Working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines preferred
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervision of identified Team Leads and/or Coordinating Center Associates

Specific Job Duties:
  • Assist with design and development of program processes
o Ensure processes meet client and company requirements

o Ensure that foreseeable aspects of programs are addressed

o Ensure processes are captured for electronic data capture through various databases and other systems

o Document processes through SOP, project-specific procedures, and training materials

  • Participate in team communication and collaboration during development and start-up, management, and close-out of assigned programs
o Attend client kick-off and planning meetings as needed

o Attend internal team meetings

o Translate decisions and discussions into documented workflow processes

o Facilitate coordination of teams and team members to achieve successful program start-up

o Assist in developing program metrics

  • Assist with training of employees for programs, as assigned
  • Assist with improvement of program processes
o Gather information on effectiveness of processes throughout the duration of programs

o Collect and interpret program metrics, as applicable

o Report and analyze process efficiencies, as applicable

  • Other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, Coordinating Center, Directors, and/or Program Managers and as determined by UBC SOPs.
