Description

The Procurement Analytics & Reporting Professional will report directly into the Procurement Analytics & Reporting Lead and will be responsible for supporting a roadmap focused on Procurement reporting and analytics, expanding the annual savings identification process to align business CFO and owning the category taxonomy. The Procurement Analytics & Reporting Professional will develop efficient and effective methods to collect, analyze, and optimize data. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing spend data (using spend analytics tools and processes) as needed to capture the current state of spend profile and provide detailed spend analysis recommendations to the Sourcing Managers. In addition, this professional will be responsible for aiding various procurement processes through system support and/or project management activities.
Responsibilities

Manage and build out robust Savings Validation Process
Own and clean up our category taxonomy
Gather and interpret relevant data to assess costs, productivity, demand patterns, etc.
Develop and leverage sourcing event tools and capabilities to “clear the path” for Sourcing teams to drive business value via sourcing events
Assist in the analysis, design, build-out and automation of sourcing events
Manage realization of project benefits and maintain downstream effect on project funnel
Develop & maintain Source-to-Pay training
Enhance source-to-pay performance metrics
Utilize metrics to drive behavior
Perform method improvements and innovations by actively identifying performance gaps through benchmarking
Combine solution results with graphics to create presentations and reports for reporting both inside and outside of Procurement
Support Sourcing teams in the development and realization of the strategic sourcing objectives through implementation of transformational sourcing
Support various procurement process systems including ContractLogix, SpendSights, and AdobeSign
Support project intake process through aSSIST
Participate in the selection and implementation of intake tools & processes
Oversee and drive the completion of various procurement related projects
Provide Actionable Savings, Spend, and Compliance Insight
Drive Data Excellence and Integrity

Required Qualifications

4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
Excellent analytical skills; ability to research and make efficient use of resources to achieve effective business results
Experience in developing project plans and presenting business cases to Senior Leaders
Strong financial and business acumen required
Excellent communication skills, relationship-building, and presentation skills at the executive and associate level
Proven ability to speak with and work across all levels of the business
Must be able to work successfully in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously in a timely and professional manner; ability to transfer lessons learned into new processes; flexibility in job focus
