This position is for an experienced Network Engineering professional responsible for all aspects of an advanced, service critical and highly dynamic converged voice and data network.
This unique opportunity will support all global businesses under KGB will perform a pivotal Network Engineering and Design role, helping KGB and Conduit Global to continue to grow and expand across multiple markets and multiple brands across multiple countries.
The opportunity encompasses the full life-cycle of network engineering, including detailed requirements analysis, planning and design, physical implementation, maintenance and operational support of all network solutions as required to meet the constantly changing business needs. There is a strong focus on security, performance and resiliency, all of which needs to be considered whilst minimising costs.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly disciplined in all aspects of technical execution and a quick learner with keen problem solving and analytic skills. Occasional travel, overnight work, and customer interaction is required. The highest level of tact and professionalism is required when working with customers and vendors during high priority time sensitive operations. The ability to effectively and successfully manage multiple time constrained priorities under minimal supervision is a fundamental requirement. The ideal candidate will have proven abilities in more than one discipline outside of Networking. These can include; Cloud integration with Amazon AWS, IT Systems/Virtualization, Telecoms/SIP, Voice/ACD etc.

Provide the full life-cycle of network engineering from requirements analysis through to design and build of Enterprise Cisco based network solutions
Propose and define Enterprise scale network standards, security solutions and equipment specifications for carrier-grade network integrations and interconnects
Take a lead role in managing a multi-national service-carrying enterprise network that encompasses all aspects of Cisco routing, switching, VoIP, firewalling, IPS/IDS and wireless
Work within a global team of dedicated engineers across multiple disciplines to provide the highest level of Technology provision that continues to position Conduit Global as a market leader
Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for internal and external customers
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline. (May substitute related experience for educational requirement)
CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification is required
At least one additional Professional or higher Level Cisco Certification would be advantageous – CCDP, CCVP, CCNP Security or CCIE Written
Must have significant experience in designing, installing and maintaining Cisco based networking systems
Must have experience with data center and call center operations
Must have experience with enterprise H.323 and/or SIP VoIP call-delivery technologies
Must have experience in Layer 2 switching and Layer 3 routing Cisco technologies
Must have experience in multi-vendor, multi-protocol converged TDM/VoIP global call-centre environments
Must have experience in Industry Standard InfoSec and PCI compliant environments
Must have experience in Network Security tools including Cisco ACS, ISE, MSE, Prime Infrastructure, FirePower and Threat Defense
