Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Communication teams to build and strengthen network, brand, and talent pipeline internally and externally.
Leverage data to identify opportunities for growth, promote adoption of inclusive practices, and communicate insights & recommendations in collaboration with HR COEs to diversify talent pipelines and incorporate business specific action plans
Work collaboratively with Human Resources colleagues to drive ideation and delivery of Spectrum and Belonging strategies as it relates to employee recruitment, performance management, leadership development, and retention.
Liaise with Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, Brand, and Communication teams to build and strengthen network, brand, and talent pipeline internally and externally.
Support the Spectrum and Belonging manager to promote and support new and existing employee Impact groups to maximize their contributions to Audible’s mission internally and with our customers.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5-7 years of HR experience managing large-scale projects and developing high-impact programming for Diversity, Learning and Recruitment initiatives.
Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence across a wide set of process partners and business stakeholders.
Proven willingness and ability to be hands-on.
Strong organization skills, including setting priorities, project management, and problem solving.
Ability to analyze data and understand the key metrics (demographics, attrition/ retention rate, pipeline, mobility) in order to develop insights, tell stories, drive decisions and measure the impact of the work you do.
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with a focus on empathetic problem solving and comfortable with ambiguity.
Proven ability to think strategically and creatively around D&I’s application to HR, business units, and organizational business priorities.
Proven ability to influence across all levels of the organization via multiple platforms - in person, over company social media, wiki documentation, newsletters, email, town hall events etc.
Experience serving as a representative to senior management, to the broader organization and other stakeholders.
Previous experience developing and delivering information/educational/ communications materials in formats that best meets the needs of stakeholders.
