General Summary: The Marketing Coordinator provides support in maintaining LifeCare’s brand for all creative projects including collateral, social media and web, as well as help manage external tradeshows and conferences.
Researches new opportunities for advertising and marketing the LifeCare brand.
Assists in monitoring LifeCare’s social media presence on a daily basis ensuring that postings, blogs, content positively support LifeCare presence in the marketplace.
Assists manager with planning special projects, campaigns and promotions.
Maintains and organizes timelines, materials/collateral and specialty items for corporate conferences and external tradeshows.
Maintains specialty item inventory for internal use.
Updates facility marketing spreadsheets and databases.
Acts as back up for Creative Solutions email inbox and fulfills requests from field.
Acts as back up for RoboHead when needed – approving and assigning incoming project requests. Routes folders to appropriate creative team members. Closes out projects and sends final pdfs to print. Prepares reports at manager’s request.

Experience: Three to five years' experience in a marketing/communications/sales department.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred.
