We are seeking a hardworking individual with a positive attitude and strong communication skills to join our team as a Customer Service/Order Processing Representative. This full-time position is available immediately.

Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Although individual contributors are critical to our success, we encourage teamwork and respect for your co-workers. The right candidate will have a proven track record of providing superior levels of customer satisfaction through consistent effort and professionalism.

Job Requirements:

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls
  • Processing customer orders and inquiries
  • Responding to incoming E-mails
  • Handling product inquiries
  • Resolving customer concerns
  • Completing returns and exchanges
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must be proficient in English

The position is for 40 hours per week. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a bright, intelligent and extremely diligent worker. The work atmosphere is casual and friendly, yet fast paced.
