Tow truck driver position available in the Kingman area. Must reside in Kingman area (for call response times).
Day shift and Night shift available
Base pay plus commission (based on experience and performance) This job is commission based with potential to earn up to $1200.00 weekly.
Personal Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years experience.
- No CDL required, but gladly accepted.
- Must be able to pass background check, drug and alcohol screen.
- Must possess valid Arizona Driver License.
- When applying if in person please bring with you a current 36 month MVR (driving record).
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
Job Requirements:
- Great customer service skills
- Must be able to use mobile phone app and read and understand GPS.
- Strong mechanical understandings of how levers and pulleys work.
- Proficient in driving trucks with manual transmissions.
- Be able to back up combination vehicles in tight areas.
- Connecting disabled vehicles to the Tow Truck.
- Collecting payments when required.
- Securing loads to flatbeds and or Trailers.
- Operating Tow Truck Apparatuses.
- Transport vehicles / equipment with a flatbed tow truck.
- Able to complete tires changes, jump starts and fluid deliveries to stranded/ disabled motorists
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly;
- Sit and stand for extended periods of time;
- Move in and out of trucks frequently;
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
