Purpose of role:
The primary purpose of this role is to lead the implementation, delivery, maintenance, and measurement of large scale, high impact learning programs. This includes responsibility for providing clear expectations and timely performance and development feedback to cross-functional project team members. This role is critical to Lowe's as it enables the successful delivery of complex L&D programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Gathers and analyzes quantitative and qualitative to monitor the effectiveness of a portfolio of learning solutions and/or programs
Uses data to drive the improvement of learning solutions and/or programs
Verifies learning solutions drive business performance and consolidate into comprehensive learning plans as needed
Develops and executes comprehensive program delivery strategies
Solves complex problems using expertise in learning and development, company processes, procedures, and functions
Develops and executes comprehensive project plans on time and within budget
Coordinates and directs multiple concurrent projects or programs, identifying interdependencies within and across programs
Organizes project team's time and effort on projects and helps obtain resources and works through others to remove barriers
Uses knowledge of pre-defined vendor evaluation processes and tools to select suitable training programs available in the marketplace
Conducts and maintains due diligence on vendors and products
Consults and provides advice on the learning development process for successful delivery of the learning solution, program, and/or initiative
Provides clear expectations and timely performance and development feedback
Inspires productivity by establishing a clear vision, maintaining two-way communication, and distributing the workload to project team members in an organized manner
Establishes clear objectives and a sense of ownership among project team members and then carefully monitor progress and results
As required may serve as a facilitator using approved facilitator resources
As required designs, develops, and implements blended learning solutions that address root cause issues to drive business performance

Requirements/Education:
High School Diploma and 9+ years of experience leading and coaching cross-functional teams on complex projects
Experience with learning delivery, program implementation, program evaluation, and change management principles.
Demonstrated understanding and application of adult learning theory
Experience influencing sponsors and stakeholders.
Experience managing vendor relationships.
Experience designing organizational programs
Or
Bachelor’s degree in Education; Instructional Design; Organizational Development; Human Resources; Business or related field and
6+ years of experience in Experience leading and coaching cross-functional teams on complex projects.
Experience with learning delivery, program implementation, program evaluation, and change management principles.
Demonstrated understanding and application of adult learning theory
Experience influencing sponsors and stakeholders.
Experience managing vendor relationships.
Experience designing organizational programs
Prefer: Master’s degree in Education; Instructional Design; Organizational Development; Human Resources; Industrial-Organization Psychology; MBA or related field and 4+ years experience leading and coaching cross-functional teams on complex projects; Experience with learning delivery, program implementation, program evaluation, and change management principles. Demonstrated understanding and application of adult learning theory; Experience influencing sponsors and stakeholders. Experience managing vendor relationships. Experience designing organizational programs

Experience in:
Related industry certifications or credentials- e.g. PMP, PHR, CPT
Experience with multiple design modalities- e-learning, classroom, virtual, gamification, etc.,
Experience with instructional design (e.g. ADDIE, SAM)
Experience facilitating
Experience managing direct reports
