Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with placing orders
- Assist customers with after sales support such as tracking packages, return authorizations, etc.
Qualifications:
- Strong auto parts background
- A customer service mindset with a positive / outgoing personality
- Effective communication, listening, and telephone etiquette skills

Training:
- All candidates will experience a comprehensive, paid seven-day training program in a comfortable and professional environment, so they will be fully prepared to provide our customers with excellent service.
Pay:
- $44,000 - $47,000 annually
- Pay based upon job skills and work experience
- Annual wages are based on a combination of hourly and overtime wages.

- Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- Every other Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm
