Primary Duties:
Fulfillment Process and Inventory Management
- Process transactions in ERP systems (Quickbooks) and on-line portals
- Manage finished goods inventory including product shipping
- Manage materials inventory including receiving, inspecting and storing materials
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconciliations
- Assist with procurement, production planning and scheduling
- Pull and stage materials for production use
- Prepare materials for production utilizing specialized tools and fixtures
Process Improvement Management
- Troubleshoot process issues
- Implement process improvements
- Create SOPs
- Contribute to 5S and lean initiatives
Light Maintenance
- Assist with handyperson work including light plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and painting
- Assist with light equipment and light grounds maintenance, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations of Business Management, or similar experience/education
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and desire to do things right
- Strong work ethic, with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines
- Ability to be flexible, to plan tasks, and to move between tasks efficiently
- Ability to follow complex instructions (e.g. SOPs) accurately and consistently
- Good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft suite) with ability to learn new software
- Ability to analyze and improve processes
- Work safely, efficiently and cooperatively with others
- Enjoy hands-on work and learning new skills
- Good communication (oral and written) and basic math skills
- Aptitude for handyperson work preferred
- Repetitive hand and wrist motion, and the ability to stand, bend and lift for long hours, including occasionally carrying up to 30lbs
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team
- Always act with high integrity, a commitment to quality and safety, and in compliance with company policies
Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
