Plans, coordinates, and manages budgeting and expense forecasting within Acquisition Marketing. Leads and guides the work of the Business Strategy team within Marketing. Prepares and presents monthly variance analysis and forecasts to the leadership team. Responsible for serving as a central point of contact in working with Finance and Risk teams for all budget and risk and control-related matters for area of responsibility.
Performs annual and monthly variance analysis, evaluating key drivers and informing cost center owners of results.
Prepares annual and monthly budget in collaboration with internal business partners and Finance.
Provides support for KPI tracking, Marketing investment prioritization, ROI analysis, and initiative tracking.
Consults the team on regular risk and control self-assessments and control design reviews. Performs regular procedure evaluations and approvals.
Evaluates and monitors department risks, controls, and procedures that pertain to normal operating activities.
Performs ad hoc duties aimed at ensuring the department meets annual goals.
Acts as business liaison for finance, shareholder relations, audits, control testing, and monitoring.
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Analytics, Project Management, Marketing, Business, or related field
4+ years of experience in Financial Analyst, Compliance, or related field
In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Financial Analyst, Compliance, or related field
