This role is responsible for working directly with the Head of US Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion to develop, implement, monitor, manage, and evaluate our culture initiatives, including but not limited to employee engagement surveys and action planning, team development, and diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives.
Execution of and ongoing improvements to the US culture strategy (engagement, diversity, inclusion, etc.).
Partner with the business to design and develop employee engagement, diversity and inclusion experiences.
Partner with our People & Performance group and Communications to ensure the US culture strategy is shared and understood throughout the US Zone.
Act as a subject matter expert and partner to internal and external partners on engagement, diversity and inclusion best practices and programs.
Support and execute culture and employee experience initiatives as it relates to employee engagement and diversity, inclusion & belonging (Business Resource Group events, community events) for all US Zone employees (headquarters, office locations, work from home, manufacturing sites, etc.).
Collect, analyze and report out on findings and insights related to engagement surveys and business goals.
Monitor zone and enterprise engagement and diversity metrics to assess progress against engagement, diversity and inclusion goals and objectives. Ensure engagement and diversity goals are on track and identify solutions as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of total work experience (human capital, data analysis and management, project and/or people management, or diversity, inclusion and belonging work preferred)
Experience in event management or project management highly preferred (creation, communication, execution, analysis, reporting).
Ability to work independently to plan, organize and set/achieve priorities when performing work highly preferred.
Experience speaking to groups or senior level management preferred.
Experience in the creation, deployment, analysis and reporting on diversity and inclusion initiatives and creating action plans for departments targeted at enhancing ongoing initiatives preferred.
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community, government regulators, and/or with vendor preferred.
Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop and execute strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines preferred.
Interest in design and development of employee events and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Superior interpersonal skills (written, verbal, presentation).
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and gain trust and respect.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
