  • Greeting, answering and transferring calls to appropriate department
  • Provide a friendly and positive working environment
  • Maintain and update open houses and floor time agent’s schedules
  • Maintain and monitor daily & weekly inventory reports for executives and supervisor (i.e. sales logs, inventory, web Leads, sales leads & mail leads etc.)
  • Monitor and maintain company ads on various multiple listing services, and other advertising websites.
  • Assist agents, employees and executives with various clerical needs (i.e. typing, copying, faxing, emailing, ordering disclosures, reports etc.)
  • Monitor accurate information and keep agents, supervisors & executives aware of home available, pending & sold status through company reporting system
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings
  • Mail Disbursement & Federal Express packaging/mailing
  • Other Duties/Projects as required and or assigned

Qualifications: What are the requirements for this job?

  • Local Candidates only: San Jose
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior general office administration experience
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
  • Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience 2-3 yrs customer service Real estate or equivalent preferred)
  • Familiar with the following computer software: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, PDF, and
  • Basic home construction is a plus
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and interact with all levels of employees and with clients.
  • Exceptional organization and follow up skills required
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment with many priorities
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Bi-lingual required: English/Spanish

  • Wednesday 1pm - 6pm
  • Thursday8:30 - 5:30 pm
  • Friday8:30 - 5:30 pm
  • Saturday8:30 - 5:30 pm
  • Salary: depends on experience
