We are a female-owned and led boutique immigration law firm, and we're currently seeking a dynamic Phone Lead Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a motivated individual to support our high-performing Sales Team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a strong drive for phone sales and processes, organization and conducting timely call backs, along with updating admin tasks after each call - this is the role for you. You will be working remotely during PST business hours, collaborating with our Sales and Marketing Team, while driving revenue targets and reaching sales goals.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Spanish Speaking Lead Specialist. Duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our services and recommend the right solutions. We are looking for a qualified Spanish speaking candidate who is reliable, self-motivated, punctual, and has strong communication and written skills to join our efficient and close-knit team.
This Lead Specialist will help to ensure smooth sales calls, assisting with top-notch service to clients and will bring their superior communication skills. This position focuses on new leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospects into potential clients. The Lead Specialist will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to align sales strategies with the firm's legal services and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Assessing customers’ needs with prospective client leads to understand their legal needs, present the firm's services, and propose solutions via attorney consultations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and referral sources to encourage repeat business and referrals

Remain knowledgeable on services offered and discuss available options

Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and marketing initiatives that support revenue goals
- Build and maintain productive trust relationships with clients

Utilize the firm's CRM system to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with ethical standards, legal regulations, and client confidentiality requirements in all sales and marketing activities.

Answer all calls and conduct consistent follow ups with all leads
Weekly / Daily Roles and Responsibilities

Answer company main phone lines during business hours Monday – Friday
- Transfer calls to different departments as needed
- Trouble shoot and manage Phone system (Ring Central) to ensure all incoming calls are answered/Voicemail follow up is a key responsibility

Role related to phones:
- For incoming Sales calls - answer questions and determine consultation fit. If client is unsure

Manage follow up attempts in the CRM system to ensure timely call backs, outreach and follow ups.

Update all phone interaction details in the company CRM database daily

Role related to Sales Data Administration:
- When a sales lead is coming in through written form via the website
- Manage this lead electronically in the CRM system to ensure timely follow ups and update notes in CRM

Partner with Sales and Marketing on weekly basis to discuss analytics and strategies
Participate on weekly/monthly Departmental meetings

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Fully fluent in Spanish (NOT OPTIONAL)

2 + years proven work experience as a sales representative or similar role

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sociology, Psychology or related field preferred.

Strong understanding of legal terminology, practice areas, and client needs in a law firm environment preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate legal concepts clearly.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.

A friendly, upbeat and energetic personality with customer service and sales focus
- Availability to work business hours 9am-6pm PST shifts (with 1h lunch)
