Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic law office. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support and legal research, with a strong background in litigation matters. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for assisting our attorneys in various legal proceedings, from document preparation to case management. Duties
- Provide administrative support to our litigation team, including filing documents, preparing pleadings, and conducting legal research.
- Assist with case management, including organizing and tracking documents, and preparing for hearings and trials.
- Draft legal documents, such as discovery requests, motions, and pleadings, under the supervision of our attorneys.
- Conduct legal research to support the litigation team, including researching case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of all documents and communications related to cases.
- Coordinate with witnesses, experts, and other parties involved in litigation proceedings.
- Prepare and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for submission to the court.
- Manage and track deadlines and timelines for litigation matters.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of exhibits and other trial materials.
Experience
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a law office.
- Strong background in litigation matters, including workers compensation law, securities law, and immigration law.
- Proficiency in legal research, including searching online databases, reviewing case law, and analyzing statutes and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
- Familiarity with executive administrative support tasks, including calendar management and travel coordination, is also desired.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
