The South Sound’s largest real estate development company seeks an Art Director/Lead Designer to help oversee its marketing and sales efforts related to its multiple construction and development projects, in support of Construction Management, Property Management & Business Development. Responsibilities:
- Works with Marketing Director to create ambitious visual assets that accentuate and build brands, balancing the important information with high level visual story telling
- Owns visual look and execution of all print & digital assets made for marketing, advertising, & branding both internal/external
- Handles flow of design project requests, maintaining calendar of deliverables
- Manage marketing campaigns related to various types of commercial and residential real estate, including apartment leasing, condominium sales, single family lots & homes sales and retail space leasing
Experience
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Excellent online portfolio
- Experience with programmatic, dynamic display campaigns
- Experience and execution of digital marketing campaigns
