Overview:
The Quality Assurance & Documentation Specialist, a key position in the Revenue Cycle, manages production in partnership with field office personnel, includes verification of accurate data entry made by the field offices. Dailies are retrieved from field drives, loaded to Dailies back up sheets, verify the accuracy to multiple databases and field offices. Load information to worksheet, update as needed to move forward to the asbilling and invoicing teams. This person will retrieve, upload and verify information, maintain and move jobs forward and send correspondence to Supervisor and/or Manager.
Responsibilities:

Monitor, retrieve, and load dailies with their associated backup by control number to track/store repository from various field operations or operating entities.

Determine backup type and status.

Verify whether the production on the estimate and/or if a change order is needed.

Track change orders, act as a liaison between field operations and customer to ensure timely change order submission, and maintain a log of date and employee that submitted change order.

Process reconciliation dailies as appropriate as production is submitted for child code items.

Track expense production managed outside of P2. Obtain signed acceptances, deliver to accounting, track invoicing and upload into GXS.

Provide construction and restoration related production backup to asbilling team to support progressive asbilling.

Act as liaison between field operations and accounts payable to resolve aging accounts payable items and provide for timely pass through invoice processing to support timely customer invoicing.
