The Legal Counsel reports to the General Counsel and provides legal guidance and services to PCG management and staff on a variety of company matters including compliance, contracts, corporate law, employment law, intellectual property, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions.
Specific responsibilities will depend on the needs of the company, including the review and preparation of contracts and other legal documents, advice to management and project teams on matters including acquisitions, compliance, employment law, intellectual property, litigation, and procurements, and other legal matters as they may arise.
Excellent legal, writing, and interpersonal skills, with a strong legal background that reflects the diverse responsibilities of the position.
Law degree and Massachusetts bar membership. Minimum five years of relevant legal experience as an attorney. In-house experience preferred.
