Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role will be instrumental in helping shape the future of our firm. We are looking for thought-leadership, creativity, and the ability to achieve outstanding results for our team.
The successful candidate should have broad business acumen and full life-cycle recruiting experience. The ideal candidate will have previous professional search experience in a technical professional services environment. Strong client-facing skills and solid technical presence is essential. This is a lower volume recruiting role, with a strong emphasis on relationship building and offering a white glove candidate and hiring manager experience.
The position is full-time and a successful track record of working in a geographically dispersed organization is preferred.
Responsibilities will include all phases of the talent acquisition process including:
Conduct creative campaigns to identify strong talent in the legal technology consulting space, including name generation and social media sourcing techniques.
Partner with our practice management team to qualify prospective candidates and cultivate relationships with passive candidates.
Perform phone screens, qualify, package and present candidates to the management team for consideration.
Manage negotiations, offers and onboarding processes.
Maintain regular contact with all members of eSentio team to stay educated on the business and culture. Keep abreast of competitive intelligence and trades to incorporate into sourcing and recruiting strategies.
Manage long and short term recruitment related reporting.
Collaborate with marketing to design and participate in talent branding and social media efforts.
Coordinate an annual maintenance review and update of job descriptions.
Maintain applicant tracking system for all employees.
Up to 10% - for participation in industry conferences and eSentio onsite meetings.
Three or more years of corporate recruiting or search firm experience (up through senior-level), with at least one year of recent experience filling medium to high level IT positions in an internal consulting professional services firm.
Strong proficiency in sourcing tactics and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.
Possess exceptional drive and the accountability needed to achieve and surpass hiring goals.
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Knowledge of Legal Technology is desired.
Computer proficiency with MS tools (Word/ Excel/ Outlook) and other applications as needed.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
