Kelly Services has an outstanding opportunity as a Project Controller (Jr.) in Houston, TX.
Create, maintain and manage project requisitions for services and materials
Update and maintain project commitments
Create service entries to book incurred cost
Collaborate and communicate with internal (Project Managers, business analysts, project administrators) and external stakeholders (vendors) throughout the project cycle to ensure transparency of project costs
Performs advanced data entry duties
Can support multiple data entry tasks in various systems and can be requested to develop simple standard operating practices on data entry tasks
Involved in managing confidential and sensitive information
Will be requested to provide guidance to staff once they have a solid background in the work
1-4 years of related experience
MS Excel (Intermediate); Data Entry experience
A/P; Purchasing experience
Basic accounting knowledge
Excellent data entry skills
Attention to detail is an essential skill
