Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter/Site Foreman to join a local construction company. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise carpentry teams on-site
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure adherence to budgets
- Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee work meets specifications
- Implement OSHA safety standards and protocols
- Build and repair structures using carpentry tools
Skills:
- Proven experience in carpentry and construction management
- Strong budgeting skills to manage project finances effectively
- Knowledge of quality control processes in construction projects
- Understanding of OSHA regulations for workplace safety
This position requires the Lead Carpenter/Site Foreman to bring their own standard power tools such as a drill and circular saw. Pay is depending on experience, and qualified candidates are expected to have at least 3 years of onsite job experience.
This is a temp to permanent hire position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
