Position Description

As a member of our Investor Relations team you will serve as the first point of contact for all inbound investor requests. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn our business from the inside out and will provide tremendous on the job training. Successful employees in our analyst program will have the opportunity to be promoted within the Investor Relations group or transition to a role with the real estate, operations or marketing teams.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Engage with investors via inbound and outbound calls, responding to their inquiries their product, administrative and general inquiries
  • Deliver efficient and responsive resolution to various customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Research customer issues and communicate the solution to the customer
  • Collaborate with our various teams on complex customer requests
  • Focus on enhancing customer relationships and building trust
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while being responsive to our customers
  • Focus on enhancing customer relationships and building trust
  • Assist with the operations and administration of closing investments
  • For candidates with securities licenses, onboarding investors to the EquityMultiple platform and answering investment specific questions in collaboration with the real estate team.

  • Team player, humble attitude with a strong willingness/desire to learn

These qualifications would give you a leg up:

  • Series 7 and 63 or 66 licenses - if you aren’t licensed we will assist you in obtaining your license after an initial ramp up period
  • Broad based knowledge and understanding of finance and/or real estate
